Non-Verbal communication is sending, receiving, and interpreting ideas without the help of language and words. It comprises the exchange of knowledge, opinions, and information through facial expressions, hand gestures, eye contact, and social cues.
Non-verbal methods of communication can be used in both formal and informal interactions. The non-verbal style of communication could be a deal-breaker if ignored by the speaker.
