Talking about self could be a challenging task, but it is needed in almost every step of life. You need to talk about yourself while making new friends, giving interviews, etc. You need to be aware of your qualities, strengths, and weaknesses while talking about yourself. Talking about self is important because we are our representatives. If we can’t talk and introduce ourselves to others, who will?
