Add to my learning plan

No means no – and when someone says so, you stop. When someone says NO to something, it simply means that they are not willing to do a certain task. It might also mean that they are not interested in being a part of your request. It is important to understand that saying NO – is not wrong. If you do not feel comfortable doing something, say NO. If you do not agree with something, say NO. Learning to say NO is also a skill that everyone needs to learn in order to grow in life and career.
