To gain through uncertainties of the changing business world, one needs to develop different plans. A new approach to complications is developed; experimentation and analysis help to come up with a well-determined response.
One must remember that the reaction is not a final one; in a year or two, a different proposition may be needed. The toughest part of implementing an adaptive leadership structure is to accept that the existing one has problems. Self-reflection is the key to a good business organization.
